All personal reflections and input are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your iCloud account via Apple’s CloudKit service. Only you have access to your data through your iCloud account.

We do not have access to:

• Your iCloud data

• Your Apple ID

• Your journal content

3. Analytics (Optional)

We may collect anonymous usage data (such as app open frequency or feature usage) to help improve the app. This data:
